Position Title: Engineering Manager

Job Description:

Candidates should be able to manage all aspects of maintenance staff on a daily basis. Directs, coordinates and performs routine, preventive and emergency interior / exterior maintenance and repairs to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of hotel operations. He/ She must be able to direct the Engineering staff, accounting/budgeting, asset protection, inventory control. Electrical Engineer with 4 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field with hands on experience. Preferably in 4/5 star Hotels. Graduate in Electrical Engineering or 8-10 years of experience in similar position with reputed branded hotels having Diploma in Engineering.
