1. In charge-Corporate Credit (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager)

Location: Registered Office

Required Number: 1

The position requires candidate to be responsible for Planning, Controlling and Directing the
Corporate Credit of the Bank. The candidate would be expected to be expert of Corporate
Credit and manage Corporate Credit issues as well as proficient in analysis, development
and implementation of workflow procedure in order to maximize efficiency.

Eligibilty Criteria:

• Should have at least 5 years of banking experience preferably having experience in
  the area of Corporate Credit shall be preferred.
• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or
  other related field.
• Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years.

2. In charge-SME Credit (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager)

Location: Registered Office

Required Number: 1

The position requires candidate to be responsible for Planning, Controlling and Directing the
SME Credit of the Bank. The candidate would be expected to be expert of SME Credit and
manage SME Credit issues as well as proficient in analysis, development and implementation
of workflow procedure in order to maximize efficiency.

• Should have at least 5 years of banking experience preferably having experience in
  the area of SME Credit shall be preferred.
• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or
  other related field.
• Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years.

3. In charge-Retail Credit (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager)

Location: Registered Office

Required Number: 1

The position requires candidate to be responsible for Planning, Controlling and Directing the Retail Credit of the Bank. The candidate would be expected to be expert of Retail Credit and manage Retail Credit issues as well as proficient in analysis, development and implementation of workflow procedure in order to maximize efficiency.

• Should have at least 5 years of banking experience preferably having experience in the area of Retail Credit shall be preferred.
• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or other related field.
• Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years.

4. Credit Officers (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer)

Location: Regional Offices (Mechi-Damak, Koshi-Biratnagar, Sagarmatha-Lahan, Janakpur-Bardibash, Narayani-Birjung, Lumbini-Butwal Gandaki Dhauladiri-Pokhara, Seti Mahakali-Dhangadi, Bheri, Karnali, Rapti-Nepaljung and Bagmati-Kathmandu)

The post requires the candidates to be responsible for analysis of credit files from various aspects to minimize the credit risk. The candidates are expected to be expert of Credit issues as well as proficient in analysis, development and implementation of workflow procedure in order to maximize efficiency.

Eligibilty Criteria:

• Should have at least 2 years of banking experience preferably having experience in the area of Credit shall be preferred.
• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or other related field.
• Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

5. Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager (Senior Assistant/ Supervisor/ Junior Officer)

Location: Brandies (under Bagmati Region)

Required Number: 10

The post requires strong-will power and energetic sales attitude and shall be responsible for supporting in efficient execution of related strategies in this regard. The candidates should have the ability to support in leading the regional offices towards achieving the set target of SME loans with an eye towards enhancing customer experience.

Eligibilty Criteria:

• Should have at least 2 years of banking experience preferably having experience in the area of SME loans shall be preferred.
• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or other related field.
• Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.
