Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a national level microfinance in the country has been in operating in 29 districts throughout Nepal. It has recently signed an agreement with Louis Berger (Sakchyam- Access to Finance project) and will be requiring the following positions. Their salary will be based on contract & their performance and results.

1. Enterprise Development Manager (Officer Level) 1 Enterprise Development Manager (EDM) will be responsible for the effectiveness of the Enterprise Development Unit. EDM will coach and supervise Enterprise Development Officers (EDOs), plan, monitor and help them achieve their target. EDM should have the following qualifications: i) Should be a graduate in Agriculture from a recognized university. ii) Have at least 3 years experience. iii) Monitoring, Supervision, Coaching and leadership skills is a must. iv) Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Nepali.

2. Enterprise Development Officer (Assistant Level)Agriculture 1 Enterprise Development Officers will be assisting in providing trainings, seminars, workshop in various agriculture related topics. They should help our members become productive and be open to working in fields. Travelling is a must for this job. They will have a target in terms of number of trainings to be conducted, number of enterprise established etc. EDO should have the following qualifications:

i) Should be a graduate in Agriculture from a recognized university.

ii) Have at least 3 years experience.

iii) Monitoring, Supervision, Coaching and leadership skills is a must.

iv) Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Nepali.

2. Enterprise Development Officer (Assistant Level) Agriculture 1 Enterprise Development Officers will be assisting in providing trainings, seminars, workshop in various agriculture related topics. They should help our members become productive and be open to working in fields. Travelling is a must for this job. They will have a target in terms of number of trainings to be conducted, number of enterprise established etc. EDO should have the following qualifications

i) Should have completed Junior Technical Assistant (JTA) in Agriculture.

ii) Should have at least 3 years experience in performing farmers training.

iii) Should have good knowledge of agricultural practices in Nepal.

iv) Be wilting to work extra hours and travelling to rural areas is a must.

v) Should be energetic and have excellent communication skill.

vi)Ability to work with the local community i.e. farmers, villagers, retailers, dealers etc.

3. Enterprise Development Officer (Assistant Level) Livestock Enterprise Development Officers will be assisting in providing trainings, seminars, workshop in various livestock related topics. They should help our members become productive and be open to working in fields. Travelling is a must for this job. They will have a target in terms of number of trainings to be conducted, number of enterprise established etc. EDO should have the following qualifications:

i) Should have completed Junior Technical Assistant (JTA) in livestock.

ii) Should have at least 3 years experience in performing livestock training.

iii) Be willing to work extra hours and travelling is a must.

iv) Should be energetic and have excellent communication skill.
