• Must have completed Bachelors Degree in Computer application
• Must have proven experience of 2 years in related field
• Must have excellent troubleshooting skills
• Must have good knowledge in computer system
• Must have knowledge about hardware and different kind of software
Job Description
• Be present, visible, and available to students requiring technical assistance.
• Be acquainted with the available help resources and stay updated with campus technology changes and problems.
• Conducts regular maintenance on the computers in the lab
• Ensures that computer lab equipment is being cared for properly by users.
• Manage laboratory software, test materials and hardware to ensure security
• Other work assigned by the supervisor
