Qualification:

• Staff Management: daily schedule, Staff training.
• Kitchen Management: nutrition, cleanliness, cooking techniques, new technologies, safety, maintenance.
• Food and Materials Management: Coordinate purchase, manage inventory, and adhere to Kopila Valley Food Policy.

Position Title: Maintenance Manager

Qualification:

• Ensure that facility infrastructure and equipment are in good condition and used to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns, staff management, cost reporting, scheduling and overseeing the timely completion of work.
