Kantipur Publications is looking for a dynamic, competent, committed team member in our General Administration Department.

Sr. Executive – GAD-1 (1SE/-01/75)

Roles &Responsibilities:

As a Sr Executive- GAD, you will be responsible to assist and support HOD in every aspect and ensure smooth operation of the department in line with departmental objectives.
• Monitoring and maintaining property management, office equipment, inventory supplies and vendor management as needed.
• Property management and liaising with governmental officials and agents as and when required.
• Preparing various reports on expenses, departmental budgets, and other expenditures.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining vendor records, financial records, and other records and databases.
• Provide administrative support to all departments and various internal events of the company.
• Provide support in ad-hoc basis as and when required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Excellent written and oral communications as well as organizational skills.
• Energetic and eager to tackle multiple tasks, schedules and projects at hand.
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• 3 Years of minimum experience in relevant field with minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management.
• Ability to work independently, occasional night and weekend work is expected. Must be on-call and available to respond 365 days.
