Within this management framework, Ethicons’ management intends to employ an Admin Assistant (AA) to assist Office Manager in the smooth operation of administrative work
General Duties and Responsibilities:
The AA will work under the direct supervision of the Office Manager (OM). She/he will assume overall responsibility of constantly exploring efficiency in internal administration and legal compliance in line with Ethicons’ values and principles.
Specific Responsibilities :
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Maintain the filing system both in electronic and hard files
• Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements as needed
• Maintain stock inventory of office supplies and issue supplies to approved requests
• Provide professional and administrative support in staff recruitment processes
• Prepare schedules, arrange resources and assist in conduct of interviews and correspondence. Review applications, ensure completeness and prepare shortlist of candidates
• Update staff files on a regular basis
• Coordinate and update office assets inventory on a regular basis
• Prepare materials necessary for organizing various meetings
• Perform other tasks as and when assigned
Development and Operational Effectiveness:
• Ability to finely deal with clients and colleagues
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of his/her discipline and cognizant of changing tests of clients, and updates in the discipline
• Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive yet constructive attitude
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skill
• Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities

Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration, management or related discipline or equivalent
• Preferably 1 years of practical work experience in administrative work in construction related projects and human resource department
• Proficiency in MS office packages
• Knowledge of operating standards of office equipment
• Ability to prioritize task and strong problem solving skills
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills required
• Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
• Typing in Nepali is a must
• Must possess two wheeler driving license
