A Reputed Call Center is an upcoming sales service company aiming to serve national as well as international companies. Currently we are looking for energetic and competent candidates for the following positions:

Note:Experienced candidates will be given priority

Job Description

• Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan
• Present to the customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the sales/marketing manager in order to increase sales
• Capable of explaining all the information of the products as well as communicating the use of all the products in the most professional way
• Responsible for the proper display of the products
• Make outbound calls to provided potential customers
• Receive Inbound calls from existing customers, take notes and provide Directions to the developers
• Report sales supervisors and managers on every leads made, opportunities created and activities regarding sales

Note:

• IELTS/TOEFL and other English tests appeared candidates will be given preference
• Lunch/Dinner shall be provided
• Priority will be given to the candidates having prior experience in call center

Work Timing: 5 working nights (Monday to Friday 9:30 PM to 6:45 AM)

Salary: Rs 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 depending upon the performance

Note:

• Rs. 8,000 Basic + Rs. 400 per sales made and Rs. 100 for second sales on daily basis
• Top 3 agents will get Rs. 2500, Rs. 2000 and Rs. 1500 respectively
