Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited, a National Level Development Bank invites applications from qualified Nepalese citizens who are highly committed, motivated, creative and competent with a strong desire to excel in banking sector for the following job positions for corporate office, inside/outside valley branches:-

1) Management Trainee: 20 Nos.

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics/Accountancy or any stream of Management having minimum first division marks or CGPA 3 or equivalent from recognized University.
• Age not exceeding 30 years
• Participative management and team concept.

(Management Trainee is an entry level position who will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training in all areas of the bank, enabling them to take up mid-level positions. Upon successful completion of training period, selected candidates will be placed anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.)

2) Junior Trainee Assistant: 50 Nos.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics/Accountancy or any stream of Management having minimum first division marks or CGPA 3 or equivalent from recognized University.
• Age not exceeding 28 years

(Junior Trainee Assistant is an entry level position who will be assisted in various branches/areas of the Bank. Upon successful completion of training period, selected candidates will be placed anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.)

3) Micro Finance Assistant (Field Staff): 15 Nos.

• Candidates should have minimum Intermediate Degree or equivalent.
• Age not exceeding 30 years.
• Candidates should be capable to communicate clearly in group discussion and conduct Micro Finance related field task.
• Candidates will be hired on contract basis.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process. Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reasons. Canvassing at any stage of the processes shall lead to automatic disqualification. Priority will be given for local level candidates.
