PHASE Nepal is a not for profit NGO established in 2006 by a group of development professionals dedicated to supporting poor communities in remote areas of Nepal. For the last 12 years PHASE Nepal has been implementing Health, Education and Livelihoods improvement programs in Humla, Bajura, Mugu, Gorkha and Sindhupalchok districts. Currently, PHASE Nepal’s projects on health, education, livelihoods and reconstruction are funded by the number of institutional and individual donors from different countries. PHASE has over 140 staff working on different projects.

QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE: Should have completed Health Assistant or Staff Nurse Degree with minimum 2 years of work experience in clinical setting, seeing patients, providing nursing care, providing safer motherhood cares, delivery services, newborn care, HMIS recording, reporting and documentation. Candidates who have worked with the government hospitals, PHC or health posts, have received SBA training and having good computer skill will be given priority.
Responsibilities: The Health Supervisor will work together with the government health workers in the respective health posts or health clinics. This will involve both curative as well as preventive health services. They will provide health education sessions to the beneficiaries of the catchment area of the health post/clinic.

QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE: At least ANM passed with 2 years’ working experience in community health programs. (Candidates who have worked independently in government sub-health-posts or independently running sub-health post are given high priority.)
