Job Specification:

• Minimum Bachelors Level Completed
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the field of counselling
• Communication, Coordination with educational institutions
• Counsel to seeking students and their parents.

Required Qualification and skill:

• Technical knowledge in areas related to office management, coordination, and networking.
• Should look after all the counselors, their performance and progress
• Strong understanding of the student, market trend, and service provided to them.
• Demonstrated ability to be innovative, self-directed, target orientated to achieve institutional goals.
• Should have capable in motivate and encourage students and their parents.
• Perform close tie-up with external contacts, and maintain regular follow up.
• Strong communication skills including excellent oral and written English.
• Computer literate in the use of MS Office Packages and Email, internet.
