1. General Managed Dy. General Manager (Operation)
Qualification: B. Tech / BE (Metallurgy / Mechanical)
Experience: Minimum 15 years.
Responsibilities: Responsible for Monitoring the Production of the whole TMT BAR plant, He is also required to coordinate with PPC. Marketing and sales.
2. Asst. General Manager (Operation)
Qualification: B. Tech BE (Metallurgy)
Experience: Minimum 15 years.
Responsibilities: To act as 2nd line In charge of the entire Bar Plant. Should have expertise in Production Planning with demand for market. preventive maintenance planning. improving the existing system.
3. General manger/ Dy. General Manager (Mechanical Maintenance)
Qualification: B. Tech / BE (Mechanical)
Experience: Minimum 15 years.
Responsibilities: Overall responsible for the Mechanical area. Mechanical maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
4. General Manager / Dy. General Manager (Electrical)
Qualification: B. Tech / BE (Electrical)
Experience: Minimum 15 years.
Responsibilities: Overall responsible for Electrical and Automation. maintenance of electrical equipments.
5. Dy. General Manager /Asst. General Manager (Quality Control)
Qualification: B. Tech; BE (Metallurgy)
Experience: 12 to 15 years.
Responsibilities: Quality Assurance. Quantity Surveying. Quality Control. Supplier Quality Development. Instrument Calibration, Material Testing. Plant Operations. Site Management, Process Inspection.
6. Dy. General Manager / Asst. General Manager (Quality Control)
Qualification: E Tech / BE (Metallurgy)
Experience: 12 to 15 years.
Responsibilities: Quality Assurance. Quantity Surveying, Quality Control. Supplier Quality Development. Instrument Calibration. Material Testing. Plant Operations, Site Management. Process Inspection.
7. Sr. Manager / Manager / Asst. Manager (Operation / Mechanical / Electrical & Automation)
Qualification: B. Tech / BE r Diploma (Metallurgy / Mechanical / Electrical 8 Automation).
Experience: 10 to 12 years.
Responsibilities: Responsible for executing the shift activities of the area as per the instruction of Department Head. Acting as the Section Head. Monitoring preventive maintenance. support to continually improve performance and reduce production cost.
8. Sr. Engineer / Engineer / Asst. Engineer (Operation / Mechanical / Electrical & Automation)
Qualification: B. Tech / BE / Diploma (Metallurgy / Mechanical Electrical & Automation).
Experience: 2 to 8 years.
Responsibilities: Schedule maintenance of equipment. maintaining breakdown record for all equipment. inspection of equipments.
9. Sr. Engineer / Engineer / Ant. Engineer (Quality Control)
Qualification: B Tech / BE / Diploma (Metallurgy).
Experience: 2 to 8 years.
Responsibilities: Quality Control. Quality Assurance. Quality Inspection
10. General Manager – Sales & Marketing
Qualification: Post Graduate. Preferably M.B.A.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of leadership roles in S & M of leading TMT ! Cement brands in Nepal .
Responsibilities: To develop and manage dealer netwrok, generate revenue by achieving agreed sales volume / value through successful implementation of S & M plan. Influencer engagement, implementing product pricing. S & M Manpower management.
11. AGM / Sr. Manager – Sales ( 02 Positions)
Qualification: Post Graduate. Preferably M.B.A.
Experience: 8 – 10 years of Sales management experience in leading TMT / Cement brands in Nepal.
Responsibilities: To develop and maintain dealer network. achieve agreed sales and collection targets in assigned territory. Coordination with other functions for smooth dealer service. Should be ready to travel extensively.
12. Sr. Manager / Manager – Marketing Services
Qualification: M B A. ( Mktg. ) from a leading Nepali / Indian University
Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in BTL activities. Event management, Vendor Management, On-shop and In-Shop BTL activities with a leading Building Matenal Brand in Nepal. Having exposure to Market Research. PR activities added advantage.
Responsibilities: Timely and effective implementation of Marketing Services. Age between 32 and 35 Years. Must be ready to travel extensively.
13. Sr. Manager / Manager – Customer Services
Qualification: a E. ( Civil ) from a leading Nepali / Indian University
Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in Customer Services, Quality Control. Handling Quality Complaints and handling Influencers ( at various levels ) in large Building Material Brand ( Preferably TMT / Cement ) preferred. Having exposure to Market Research. PR activities added advantage.
Responsibilities: Influencer engagement programs. Customer guidance in technical matters, attending quality complaints, if any Age between 32 and 35 Years. Should be ready to travel extensively. Must be proficient in Nepali language.
14. AGM / Sr. Manager – Sales Accounts
Qualification: Preferably M.Com
Experience: Min. 10 Plus year in handling Sales accounts independently in any manufacturing and Marketing business, especially in Cement / TMT / Paints company.
Responsibilities :
15. Asst. Manager – Sales Accounts
Qualification: Preferably M.Com
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales accounts function in any manufacturing and Marketing business, especially in Cement / TMT / Paints company.
Responsibilities: Assisting AGM – Sales Accounts in departmental work.
16. Executive – M.I.S.
Qualification: Preferably graduate in statistics.
Experience: Very good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint. Word and Statistics.
Responsibilities: Collecting. Collating, timely submission and maintenance of records of all Sales & Marketing functions. Should be very good in coordination.
17. Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager – Sales ( 04 Positions )
Qualification: Preferably Post graduate . Ideally an MBA
Experience: Minimum 2 years in TMT / Cement Sales of larger area preferably one state in Nepal.
Responsibilities : Appointment of dealers and sub-dealers in his designated area of operation, achieving sales volume through dealer network and Key Customers at agreed price points. Regular customer wise outstanding management. Timely submission of reports. Having own motorcycle with a valid driving license is preferred, fluent in speaking and reading Nepali language.
18. Sr. Executive / Executive – Marketing Services ( 04 Positions )
Qualification: Preferably MBA / PG Diploma in Mktg. Mgt.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in BTL activities of a good organisation.
Responsibilities : Overseeing the implementation of BTL activities and events in his area of operation.Timely implementation of On-shop and In-shop activities. Merchandising at shops. POP and other related items distribution, record keeping and report submission. Market Intelligence. Timely submission of reports. Having own motorcycle with a valid driving license is preferred. Iluent in speaking and reading Nepali language.
19. Sr. Executive/ Executive — Customer Services ( 04 Positions )
Qualification: Preferably BE — Civil / Structural Engineering. Diploma in Civil Engineering acceptable in exceptional cases.
Experience: MM. 2 years in Tech Services / Customer Services in Cement / TMT / similar Industries in Customer services! techno-sales.
Responsibilities : Attending Customer complaints (including quality complaints, if any). Attending Customer services calls like attending dhalai / roof casting etc. Meeting Contractors, leading masons and Architects in the area. Organizing influences meeting etc. Market Intelligence. Having own motorcycle with a valid driving license is preferred, fluent in speaking and reading Nepali language.
